Return Policy

Before each shipment, we thoroughly check all products. If you still want to return the product, for one of the following reasons, our odetoesthetic.com online shop is here for you. Please, read carefully, our return policy as described below:


a) It is defective or has been sent incorrectly by the store
Contact the store and report the problem. From there, they will approve your return which must be made within 7 days of receipt exclusively by Elta Courier. The replacement will be made as soon as we receive the product again via Elta Courier. In case of defect, you are not charged anything for your shipping. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, contact us via email as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.


b) Exchange product (i.e. resize, color)
In case you want to change size, color or exchange your product with another one, you should contact the store so a preliminary check for stock can be made. If there is sufficient stock, we will contact you to take care of the rest. In the change process, the customer is not charged anything. The process must be done within 7 days of receiving the original order. Shipping should be done exclusively with the Elta Courier within 7 days after the purchase date.

What you need to do:

  1. Send us an email or a DM on Instagram letting us know that you want to return your purchased item.
  2. Complete the Receipt-Return Form (Α4) with all necessary information.
  3. Send the parcel back (including all accessories, boxes or cases that came with your order) to us accompanied by the purchase document (Receipt or Invoice-Return/Refund Form). Shipping should be done exclusively with the Elta Courier within 7 days after the purchase date.


c) Refund (concerns only our online store odetoesthetic.com)
If you regret your purchase and do not wish to replace the product, we can refund your money. In this case, self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost. Shipping should be done within 7 days after the purchase date.

The product should be in excellent condition, without missing labels or accessories, not opened-used, soiled and placed in a secure package. It must be also accompanied by the purchase document (Receipt or Invoice-Return/Refund Form). Finally, it is necessary to fill in the Receipt-Refund Form (Α4), with your name-surname, your order number, your bank account number and your bank name. The refund is made within 7 days of receiving the product and if all conditions are met.

If the payment has been made by card, the refund, minus the transfer costs (shipping-cash on delivery) is made depending on the period specified by each bank, approximately 10-14 days.

If the refund is made to a bank other than Alpha Bank, the bank fees are paid entirely by the customer.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Final sale/special offer items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.
  • Bags are not eligible for a refund unless the items arrive damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • In case of return of shoes, it is not allowed to stick labels and packing tapes on the packing box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
  • Jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it. Earrings are non returnable unless faulty.
  • Items purchased with a coupon code are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items purchased during “BLACK FRIDAY WEEK” are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

The product should be in excellent condition, there should be no lack of labels or accessories, it should not be opened-used, dirty, etc. Please note that the store is not responsible for the fate of a package you may have sent to us that lacks necessary information or authorization. Otherwise the store may refuse to return the product .
